Shipping Locations We deliver Australia-wide, including metropolitan, regional, and remote locations. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you wish to shop with us internationally, please find Young Living in your country from the list at https://www.youngliving.com/ to access your local range and pricing. You can use membership number: 11436904 when shopping.
Order Processing Time Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your order is dispatched. Delivery Time frames Once dispatched, your order will be delivered by Australia Post. Estimated delivery times are:
Metro Areas: 2–5 business days
Regional Areas: 3–7 business days
Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Please note: These are estimated time frames and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g. extreme weather, public holidays, or postal delays).
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. We offer the following rates:
Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate Australia-wide
Shipping Carrier All parcels are delivered via Australia Post. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor the delivery progress.
Authority to Leave (ATL) If you choose Authority to Leave at checkout, Australia Post may leave your parcel in a safe place if no one is available to receive it. If ATL is not selected, a card will be left and your parcel may need to be collected from your local Australia Post office.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at [email protected]and we’ll follow up with Australia Post on your behalf. Please note that once an item is marked as delivered by Australia Post, The Oil House is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
