I'm learning the importance of taking time for myself, to explore what could be for my life, if I only let go of the past, of things that hold me back from achieving my dreams. Things like old mindsets, old beliefs. Shaking off the old things, and stepping into something new. It's time to break free! To be free.

Here's a little oil blend to help you achieve all you can be. It has been expertly formulated to help you become aware of limitless potential when used aromatically. Awaken is a blend of five other oil blends, and is the first step toward making positive life changes. 
It contains the blends:  Joy, Present Time, Harmony, Forgiveness and Dream Catcher. 

You can use this oil by diffusing in a mist diffuser, directly inhaling from the bottle, or dilute and apply topically.
Be aware though, that this blend can make you photosensitive, so avoid direct sunlight and UV rays for at least 12 hours after applying to skin. It is available in a 5ml or 15ml bottle.

These little bottles smell incredible. It's like walking into a field of wildflowers, and taking a deep breath in. Ahh.... It's difficult to describe! I will say though, if you've ever stuck your nose into the middle of a fresh, heavily-scented rose, these oils are just as deliciously scented.

 The one little bottle we will uncover today is the bottle called Joy. Joy™ is an uplifting blend of pure essential oils that creates magnetic energy and brings happiness to the heart, inspiring romance and togetherness. Joy has an alluring and sweet scent, and can promote love, happiness, and confidence. I happen to love this blend, it was one of the first I purchased....but then, I am biased!

Oh, how I love spices. The aroma of a lovely curry, some fresh gingerbread men, or the smell of banana bread spiced- ever so slightly- with cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. The essential oil blend we are uncovering today packs a powerful spicy punch. Thieves essential oil blend was born by inspiration of the legend of four 15th-century French thieves. These thieves  formulated a special aromatic combination of botanicals, used while robbing the dead and dying.

I highly recommend you do some research on the benefits of Cloves and Cinnamon, two of my favourite essential oils contained in this blend. They are amazing. 
This essential oil is not recommended for topical use, due to the high concentration of this blend. Feel free to use to your hearts content in creating your own natural cleaning products, diffuse or directly inhale for the benefits though! Have you tried any new natural cleaning products lately?

En-R-Gee contains the naturally occurring constituents alpha-pinene, eucalyptol, camphor, myristicin, and geranial. When used, it can be energising, revitalising, uplifting, and rejuvenating. As well as rosemary, juniper and lemongrass, it contains naturally energising essential oils such as nutmeg, black pepper, and clove. En-R-Gee may increase mental alertness and enhance energy and mental clarity.

You can diffuse En-R-Gee in your diffuser, directly inhale straight from the bottle, or dilute with our V6 carrier oil and use for topical application....mmm, energising massage oil.

Hello there, welcome. I'm starting a new series of blog posts. Hooray! Each week we will dive into the exciting world of essential oils, discovering one little bottle at a time. The essential oils you'll uncover may help eliminate odour caused by bacteria, or maybe promote your spiritual self. They could moisturise the skin so that your complexion looks radiant or help you feel younger. Maybe they will  give you a relaxing bath or scent your linen. I hope these pure, unadulterated essential oils will enhance your natural way of living and further guide you on your path to health and wellbeing.

Over the course of this series, I will be talking you through the ancient and historical uses of the herbs used to create these essential oils. We will look at  some of their suggested uses, and you'll soon see why I have chosen to use essential oils every day.

Phew! That precaution being said, many people enjoy using essential oils. You can dilute these small, highly-concentrated bottles well, and they go a long way! We use single drops at a time. The easiest way for me is my diffuser. It happily mists away while I cook or clean, and the refreshing scents encourage happy thoughts. It is also a wonderful natural air freshener.
