VALERIAN Essential Oil
Valerian oil is produced from the distillation of the botanical’s root and has a unique fragrance that is calming and grounding. It is a favourite for "before bed routine" to support nodding off without the need for counting sheep! Use this oil topically on the back of the neck or on the bottoms of feet. Diffuse Valerian essential oil to create an atmosphere of clarity, relaxation, and balance. It is available in a 5ml bottle.
Topical: Apply 2-4 drops directly to desired area. Dilution not required, except for sensitive skin.
Aromatic: Diffuse up to 30 minutes 3 times daily.
